Every son or daughter of a human person can only be in essence, a human person, regardless of location, or whether that son or daughter is existing inside or outside of their Mother’s womb. You, have been you, since the moment of your conception.
In regards to Justice Rehnquist, he was mistaken to suggest that being a human person depends on which State that son or daughter of a human person is residing in, including when that particular son or daughter is residing within the womb of their Mother, who is residing in a particular State. The essence of being a person, for either the Mother or Father of a particular son or daughter, or for that particular son or daughter residing either inside or outside of their Mother’s womb, does not change as that Mother moves from State to State.
